Schaeffler and Hexagon Robotics have formed a strategic partnership to expand the production scale of AEON human robots. Following a successful pilot in 2025, the two companies plan to integrate over 1,000 AEON robots into global manufacturing facilities by 2032.

This collaboration will move AEON robots from concept to real-world production environments, integrating advanced spatial intelligence and high-precision actuators. Schaeffler's high-precision actuators ensure the robots' durability and reliability in heavy industrial conditions.

• More stable and efficient navigation on factory floors with a wheeled locomotion system
• Precise and autonomous management of multiple machine stations thanks to a specialized sensor suite

Starting in late 2026, the robots will begin to be used for more complex tasks such as automated part inspection.
