OPSWAT and Emerson have launched a global strategic partnership in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure operators. As part of this collaboration, Emerson's Ovation Automation Platform will be strengthened with OPSWAT's reliable and scalable operational technology (OT) patch management solutions.

### Partnership Details

Emerson will integrate OPSWAT’s MetaDefender Endpoint and My OPSWAT Central Management On-Premises solutions for its power and water sector customers, making the Ovation Platform more secure against cyberattacks. This solution is specifically developed for operational technologies and supports the security, performance, and safe operation of critical, real-time industrial systems.

Critical infrastructure operators, such as those in power generation and water/wastewater services, face escalating cyberattacks and regulatory requirements due to unpatched vulnerabilities. OPSWAT’s patch management solution is designed to suit complex industrial environments where modern and legacy technologies are used together.
