Siemens has introduced Drivetrain Analyzer Onsite (DTA Onsite), an on-premises data analysis technology for industrial drive systems. This software enables users to evaluate drive data within their own infrastructure, meeting strict data sovereignty requirements. It supports a wide range of applications, from extruders to packaging lines, pump stations to conveyor systems, and allows for early detection of mechanical or process-related changes.
### DTA Onsite - Monitoring Module Features
- Continuous condition monitoring of mechanical and electrical drive components
- Pattern recognition and anomaly detection with locally running AI algorithms
- High-resolution, PTP (Precision Time Protocol) synchronized vibration and analog data acquisition
- Local processing and analysis of data on an industrial PC
- All information remains within the user's infrastructure
- Browser-based interface with plant-wide views, KPIs, and diagnostic dashboards
- Detection of deviations and early signs of mechanical wear with integrated Industrial AI
- Container architecture for integration with SCADA, edge, and IPC environments via open interfaces such as MQTT, gRPC, OPC UA
DTA Onsite complements Siemens' cloud-based Drivetrain Analyzer Cloud solution and is optimized especially for users with strict data sovereignty requirements. It is part of the Siemens Xcelerator platform and stands out as an important tool for providing a reliable early warning system in industrial processes.
