Flex and Teradyne Robotics expand collaboration to accelerate intelligent automation in global manufacturing. Under this expanded partnership, Flex will both utilize Teradyne Robotics solutions in its own manufacturing facilities and undertake the production of key robotic components that enable scalable automation systems for Teradyne Robotics customers worldwide.

Teradyne Robotics brands Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) are at the heart of this collaboration. Flex manufactures critical components for UR, while also using collaborative industrial robots (cobots) and MiR autonomous mobile robots in its own production areas. This combination provides seamless operational feedback, validating robotic technologies at scale and enabling the rapid replication of successful automation processes.
