Bosch Rexroth has expanded its LC-8X 2-way cartridge valve series, used in hydraulic systems, with new nominal sizes 80, 100, and 125. These new sizes allow for higher flow rates, especially in applications such as directional control, pressure regulation, and combined functions.

    ### Enhanced Hydraulic Flow Capacity
This expansion enables the valves to support operating pressures up to 450 bar, offering use in demanding industrial environments like water management, heavy-duty machinery, and process systems. An integrated shaft seal is included as standard, ensuring long-lasting use by maintaining sealing performance.

    ### Reduced Pressure Loss and Energy Consumption
Thanks to its optimized internal geometry, the LC-8X series has lower pressure losses compared to previous generations (LC-6X and LC-2X). This reduces heat generation in hydraulic circuits, thereby decreasing cooling requirements. Additionally, the friction-optimized piston design reduces internal leakage and minimizes energy loss.

    ### Standardization and Backward Compatibility
The valve design follows a standard architecture, simplifying system integration and the engineering process. It allows for the use of existing covers with the new series, reducing the need for system redesigns and thus facilitating retrofit operations.

    ### Material Efficiency and Packaging
In addition to operational efficiency, the valves are packaged in impact-resistant round containers made from recycled material. This represents a small but significant improvement in resource utilization.

The Bosch Rexroth LC-8X series introduces new standards aimed at increasing efficiency and durability in high-flow hydraulic applications.
