Accenture aims to accelerate AI-powered autonomous operations by investing in General Robotics, a company that provides AI-based robotic solutions.

General Robotics has developed a platform called GRID, which integrates robots from different manufacturers with artificial intelligence and enables easy adaptation of robots. This platform offers modular AI features, cloud-based management, simulation training, and full control over data and intellectual property.

### General Robotics GRID Platform Features
  • Unified intelligence platform connecting multi-vendor robots with AI
  • Modular AI functionality
  • Cloud-based orchestration
  • Simulation-based training capabilities
  • Data and intellectual property sovereignty

With this investment, Accenture is bringing its expertise in physical AI, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and aerospace to General Robotics. It also aims to strengthen Nvidia's role in the physical AI ecosystem. The Nvidia Isaac Sim robot simulation framework works integrated with General Robotics' GRID platform.

Accenture is deploying visual AI agents for software-defined factories and warehouses using Nvidia Omniverse libraries, Mega Nvidia Omniverse Blueprint, and Nvidia Metropolis platforms.

This development marks a significant step in AI-powered robotic applications and automation systems, accelerating the digitalization and autonomization of industrial processes.
