Bosch Rexroth introduced the TS 7plus transfer system, which enables the transport of heavy loads up to 3000 kg. This fully electric and freely configurable system responds to the increasing heavy load transport needs in the automotive, battery, and defense/aerospace industries.

• Solid and hollow conveyor rollers, 50% larger than the previous model
• High availability due to fewer moving parts

### Lubrication-Free King Shaft Drive

• Alternative to chain drives, lubrication-free king shaft mechanism
• Motor torque is transferred to the rollers via bevel gears that do not contaminate workpieces
• Gears do not require maintenance or re-tensioning

### Energy Efficiency and Operation

• Holding at defined stops with stop gates
• Motors operate only when needed, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs
• 180 W and 250 W motor options and third-party motor support interface

### Speed and Design

• Maximum transport speed: 24 m/min
• Motors can be mounted on the inner or outer side of the section
• Inner motor placement prevents obstruction in the working area

• Easy system configuration with MTpro planning software
• Local installation and web-based version options
