Among the safety products, the SLS10 stands out as the world's first safety laser scanner offering a protection range of up to 10 meters. Ideal for long assembly lines, robotic cells, and palletizing systems, this device simplifies installation and reduces hardware and maintenance requirements by covering larger areas with less equipment.
Precise Dimensioning with the DS4 Measurement Portal
An interactive demo at the DS4 measurement portal will showcase the features of this measurement light array. It offers an extremely useful solution, particularly for measuring the height, width, and volume of pallets before they enter automated storage and retrieval systems, or for detecting and dimensioning items of different shapes and orientations on conveyor lines.
AI-Powered Imaging and Quality Control
The inspection demo brings together PEKAT VISION deep learning software, the MX-G vision processor, and the Smart-VS vision sensor. This integrated solution meets all needs, from complex applications requiring high processing power, flexibility, and advanced image analysis, to compact, easy-to-use solutions for presence/absence checks, positioning, and basic quality verification.
End-to-End Traceability and Laser Marking
The stand will also feature solutions providing end-to-end traceability throughout the entire process. The Matrix family of industrial scanners enhances efficiency and accuracy in manufacturing and logistics, while a laser marking demo with the new AREX400 AF demonstrates how complex components with multiple surfaces or height levels can be marked in a single cycle, ensuring consistent traceability throughout the product's entire lifecycle.
Mobile Data Capture for Intralogistics
For intralogistics tasks based on manual data collection, Datalogic will showcase its new rugged mobile computers, the Falcon X60/X65 and Skorpio X40/X45, alongside the PowerScan 9600 industrial handheld scanner family. These solutions are designed for fast and reliable reading in challenging environments, enabling operators to scan items and locations at the point of activity, leading to more accurate inventory records and fewer data entry errors.
