SINTRONES Technology is showcasing its industrial Edge AI computing platforms at Automation Expo 2026, held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. SINTRONES highlights three Edge computing platforms designed for specific factory automation and mobility workloads:
- ABOX-5221 Platform: Engineered for high-throughput, compute-intensive industrial applications. It supports simultaneous AI processing for tasks such as robotic guidance, semiconductor wafer processing, in-line optical quality inspection, and process optimization.
- IBOX-604-G2 Unit: Designed for space-constrained machine enclosures, collaborative robots (cobots), and embedded vision systems. Its compact form factor allows for direct integration into existing factory equipment, enabling real-time AI inference.
- VBOX-3631-(M12X) Mobile Platform: Extends Edge AI capability to industrial transportation and logistics machinery. Designed for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), material handling systems, and outdoor logistics fleets, this rugged unit features locked industrial interfaces to maintain continuous computing, fleet coordination, and asset traceability.
Cybersecurity and Secure Development Standards
Beyond processing performance, these computing platforms integrate hardware and software security controls to protect connected industrial networks. Developed in compliance with the IEC 62443-4-1 Secure Development Lifecycle standard, the system design incorporates cybersecurity protection throughout the product engineering phase.
