Rollon Shapes the Future of Industrial Automation
Rollon will showcase its advanced linear motion and robotic transfer solutions at four major international trade fairs in October 2026: SEMICON West, BI-MU, Scanautomatic, and FABTECH. These innovative technologies offer structural robustness and operational reliability for industrial automation across a wide range of applications, from semiconductor manufacturing to machine tools and metal processing.
🔬 Precision Linear Motion for Semiconductor Manufacturing
At SEMICON West, held from October 13-15, 2026, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Rollon will exhibit its high-precision motion solutions at booth #6367. Rosa Sistemi's Cross Roller Rails and Linear Tables support demanding electronics and semiconductor applications. These systems provide high load capacity and smooth, accurate motion in a compact structure, allowing engineers to integrate them into space-constrained setups without compromising mechanical performance or reliability.
⚙️ Integrated Guide Systems for Machine Tool Applications
At the BI-MU exhibition in Italy, taking place from October 13-16, 2026, Rollon and Rosa Sistemi will present a range of linear actuators and guide rails at their booth #C13. Featured products include the V-Line, Heavy Line, MG Rail, and Compact Rail guides, along with the Cobot Transfer Unit (CTU) designed to extend the working range of collaborative robots. Additionally, a special machine tool kit combining Shuton-Ipiranga ball screws with Rosa Sistemi MG Rail systems will be displayed. This combination provides high positioning accuracy, rigidity, and load capacity to meet the demanding tolerances of machine tool operations.
🤖 Cartesian and Circular Systems for Industrial Automation
At Scanautomatic in Gothenburg, Sweden, from October 20-22, 2026, Rollon's motion systems will be located at booth B02:30. The company will showcase its H-BOT, a single-belt gantry system that provides compact and coordinated Cartesian motion for flexible mounting arrangements. Rollon will also introduce its AXNR circular motion system, which optimizes factory floor space by continuously transporting heavy loads through synchronized and adaptable layouts.
🏠Heavy-Duty Robot Transfer Units for Metal Fabrication
At FABTECH in Las Vegas, from October 21-23, 2026, Rollon will exhibit its metal fabrication solutions at booth S44081. The highlight of the exhibition will be the newly launched Robot Transfer Unit Glide (RTUg), developed for the North American market and demonstrated with a Kawasaki robot. The RTUg, with its steel body structure and rack and pinion drive system, provides the rigidity required to move robots weighing up to 680 kilograms over long distances with precise positioning. The booth will also feature CLTA circular motion systems, ball screws, and high-performance rod ends, demonstrating the capacity of these mechanical components to handle heavy loads in metalworking environments.
