beRobox, a company that develops palletizing technologies for manufacturers, introduced two new palletizers at PACK EXPO 2026, equipped with new safety features and offered at competitive prices. With the products it has developed this year, the company aims to both enhance safety and ensure accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises.

🤝 PALTZ.CS25: New Safety Standards in Collaborative Palletizing

beRobox, in collaboration with its partner Sonair, introduced the new PALTZ.CS25 collaborative palletizer. This model features a zone scanner safety module for speed monitoring, multi-packaging capabilities, and specialized palletizing software.

David Demers, Founder and CEO of beRobox, stated, "What we've developed is a device that attaches to the end of the arm where the hazard is. This moving part sees everything around the end of the arm." The zone scanner's safety features allow the robot to operate at full speed when its workspace is clear, while automatically reducing speed when an operator enters the safety zone.

Demers noted that, unlike traditional methods, this system allows the robot to automatically resume operation once the operator exits the safety area. This eliminates the need for operators to manually restart the robot every time.

    💰 PALTZ.GO: Affordable and High-Performance Palletizing

The company also showcased the PALTZ.GO palletizer, offered at a lower price point than most palletizers. This product aims to be accessible for small and medium-sized companies.

Demers stated that the PALTZ.GO is priced at $79,000, while the average palletizer costs $150,000. Despite this, the PALTZ.GO can perform "seven cycles per minute, 55 pounds at a time, and up to 80 inches high." Demers added that this price point aims to "compete with the Chinese solutions coming into our market."

⚙️ User-Friendly Interface and Localization Strategy

Both the PALTZ.GO and PALTZ.CS25 are designed with an easy-to-use programming interface. Demers emphasized that this is part of the company's goal to make its technologies more accessible.

Demers also touched upon the impact of tariffs on manufacturers, stating that beRobox has established operations in the U.S. for this reason. The company plans to open a factory in Chicago early next year. Demers said, "All units sold in the U.S. will be assembled here in Chicago."
