The Han Miniature Power Connector (MPC) is a connector series developed by HARTING that combines low weight with high current carrying capacity.
### Features of Han MPC
- The Han MPC30 version supports 30 A/120 VDC, while the Han MPC60 supports 60 A/120 VDC.
- It is specifically designed for drones, ground vehicles, mobile, and humanoid robots.
- Both variants feature four gold-plated high-speed contacts, enabling data transmission via the DroneCAN protocol.
- It provides the critical connection between the battery and the electronic speed controller (ESC), supporting the smooth operation of electric motors.
- The MPC30 model can handle high pulse currents up to 180 A for 10 seconds, and the MPC60 model up to 350 A for approximately 10 seconds.
- For power transmission, Han-Yellock 4 mm² crimp contacts are used in the MPC30, and Han C 10 mm² crimp contacts in the MPC60.
- Gold and silver platings establish gas-tight connections, ensuring high electrical reliability and stable performance even in harsh environmental conditions.
### Durability and Usage
- It is resistant to shock and vibration category 1B, in accordance with IEC 61373.
- It has an IP40 protection rating and is suitable for internal wiring.
- The passive locking mechanism provides a quick and secure connection, confirmed by an audible "click."
- It features a grip area designed for use with gloves and additional cable retouching support.
### Benefits
- Reliable connection solutions from the European market leader in industrial connectors
- High reliability thanks to gold and silver-plated crimp contacts
- High current carrying capacity in a miniature space (30A and 60A options)
- Signal integrity with a maximum of 4 DroneCAN-compatible pins
- Detailed technical documentation and specifications
