I build Automation Controls Toolbox. I made the analog-scaling tool fully usable without an account so you can enter the raw range your PLC channel actually uses.
For a simple example, a 4-20 mA transmitter spanning 0-100 PSI represents 50 PSI at 12 mA. The raw count that corresponds to that midpoint depends on the module and channel configuration. The tool keeps the raw endpoints and engineering range visible, shows the scaled value, and calculates the expected raw count for a target value.
