Cadence and NVIDIA have expanded their collaboration to reshape engineering processes for the era of AI-accelerated computing. This partnership aims to accelerate engineering from semiconductor design to physical AI systems and AI factories, utilizing agent-based AI, physics-based simulation, and digital twins.

    ### Goals of the Collaboration
Cadence is enhancing engineering efficiency in three key design areas by combining its leadership in agent-based AI and electronic design automation (EDA) with NVIDIA's CUDA-X, AI physics, and Omniverse libraries. This accelerates design processes at agent speed.

    ### Cadence and NVIDIA Joint Products and Technologies
    • Cadence EDA and System Design and Analysis (SDA) solutions are powered by NVIDIA CUDA-X and AI physics.
    • The Cadence Millennium M2000 Supercomputer is powered by NVIDIA AI infrastructure.
    • Software solutions provide up to a 100x speed increase in engineering workflows.

    ### AgentStack and ChipStack AI Super Agent
Cadence's ChipStack AI Super Agent has previously demonstrated productivity gains, increasing semiconductor RTL design and verification by up to 10%. With the newly introduced AgentStack, agent-based AI is extended to physical design, custom/analog design, and system-level design. AgentStack coordinates multi-agent long-term workflows with NVIDIA's accelerated computing power.

    ### Physical AI and Multi-Physics Simulations
Cadence and NVIDIA are accelerating the transition from simulation to the real world for robots and autonomous machines through the integration of robotic simulation libraries and accelerated computing. This workflow offers a fully integrated digital twin infrastructure, from training to validation and real-world feedback.

    ### Digital Twins of AI Factories
The collaboration enables the creation of digital twins for large-scale AI factories using the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint, optimizing "tokens per watt" performance, which is crucial for energy efficiency. Simulations create the potential for billions of dollars in additional annual revenue by pre-evaluating system configurations and cooling infrastructures.

    ### CadenceLIVE 2026 Introduction
Cadence will showcase this advanced collaboration and innovative solutions at CadenceLIVE Silicon Valley 2026. Live demonstrations will illustrate how engineering teams accelerate their transition from conceptualization to implementation.

Cadence, with its leading position in AI and digital twin applications, accelerates innovation in engineering design. The company offers solutions across a wide range of markets, from semiconductors to full mechatronic systems, and holds a significant place in the industry.
