## Banner RSio Remote Safety I/O Block and Easy Configuration with Studio 5000
Banner Engineering has introduced the new RSio remote safety input/output (I/O) block, which can be easily configured with Rockwell Automation's Studio 5000 software. This modular device comes in a robust IP67-rated housing designed to withstand harsh industrial conditions.
The RSio offers six independent channels, each supporting up to 32 devices, allowing a total of 192 devices to be connected. Flexible system design is possible thanks to hybrid ports for both standard and safety-rated devices. Safety equipment such as emergency stop buttons, light curtains, pull cords, and alarms can be easily integrated.
