Bosch Rexroth has expanded its LC-8X 2-way cartridge valve series, developed for hydraulic systems used in industrial and mobile equipment, with new nominal sizes 80, 100, and 125. These new valves provide higher flow capacity, reduced pressure losses, and increased energy efficiency, especially in directional control and pressure regulation applications.
### Enhanced Hydraulic Performance with the New LC-8X Series
- Durable up to a maximum operating pressure of 450 bar
- Suitable for applications requiring high flow rates
- Applicable in industrial water management, heavy machinery, and process systems
- Continuous sealing performance with integrated shaft seal
- Guaranteed long-life operation up to 10 million load cycles
### Energy and Efficiency Improvements
- Lower pressure losses due to flow-optimized internal design
- Reduced cooling requirements by decreasing heat generation
- Reduced internal leakage and energy loss with friction-optimized piston design
### Standardization and Compatibility
- Easy integration and maintenance thanks to standardized architecture across all sizes
- Compatible with previous generation valves, existing covers can be reused
- Retrofitting possible without the need for system changes
### Material Efficiency and Environmental Sensitivity
- Shock-resistant round packaging made from recycled material
- Reduced resource consumption without affecting technical performance
This update from Bosch Rexroth increases efficiency and durability in hydraulic systems while reducing energy consumption and operational costs.
