Agile Robots aims to enter new growth markets such as consumer electronics, medical technology, and logistics by acquiring thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering's assets in Europe and North America. This move will also strengthen collaborations with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Following the acquisition, thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering will continue its operations under the name Krause Automation and will be part of Agile Robots.

This merger brings together Agile Robots' AI-powered automation technology with Krause Automation's over 75 years of engineering and application experience. Agile Robots emphasizes that the focus of this acquisition is the development of physical AI, which combines artificial intelligence with robotic technology. These systems do not merely execute pre-programmed commands but perceive their environment, learn from real industrial data, and adapt in real-time.

    ### Krause Automation and Agile Robots Collaboration
    • thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering will continue its operations as Krause Automation.
    • Agile Robots' AI-focused automation solutions will merge with Krause Automation's experience.
    • Physical AI applications will set new standards in the industry.

Zhaopeng Chen, CEO and founder of Agile Robots, stated that their goal with the acquisition is to fully utilize the potential of physical AI in the industrial sector: "The result will be complete production systems where every element is intelligent, interconnected, and continuously learning."

This development is considered an important step for companies looking to enhance performance in industrial automation and robotics.
