Agile Robots aims to enter new growth markets such as consumer electronics, medical technology, and logistics by acquiring thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering's assets in Europe and North America. Following the acquisition, thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering will continue its operations as Krause Automation within Agile Robots.

Agile Robots CEO Zhaopeng Chen states that this acquisition reflects the goal of fully realizing the potential of physical AI worldwide. Chen said, "As a result, complete production systems will emerge, every element of which is intelligent, connected, and continuously learning.
