It's very common to encounter the same product name with different series and technical values in electrical and automation products. Especially when preparing bulk purchases or panel lists, looking only at the product name can lead to unnecessary time loss during delivery or installation.

The most useful control sequence in our field is as follows:

1. Manufacturer code and series
   Writing the full manufacturer code along with the brand prevents confusion between products with the same name but different contact structures, coil voltages, or breaking capacities.
2. Electrical values
   It is useful to add values such as rated current, voltage, number of poles, coil voltage, breaking capacity, and leakage current threshold to the list in separate columns.
3. Panel and mounting compatibility
   DIN rail, internal panel dimensions, auxiliary contact requirements, terminal structure, and connection direction should be checked beforehand. Even if the product is correct, physical incompatibility can delay installation.
4. Documents and standards
   The technical data sheet, conformity certificate, and required protection class should be checked with the project file. Especially if an equivalent product is to be suggested, not only the price but all technical values should be compared.
5. Stock and lead time
   If the desired quantity, delivery location, and target date are clearly specified when preparing the list, stock confirmation and alternative work yield faster results.
6. Equivalent limits
   If an equivalent is accepted, it is important to write down the non-changeable features from the start. Even if the brand is flexible, current, voltage, breaking capacity, or mechanical dimensions may be fixed.
