Radiant Vision Systems and Konica Minolta Sensing Americas merged on April 1, 2026, combining their strengths to offer customers broader and more comprehensive sensor solutions.

The newly formed company, Konica Minolta Sensing Americas (KMSA), has its headquarters in Redmond, Washington, and its main office in Ramsey, New Jersey, along with offices in mainland China and Taiwan.

• It offers various measurement solutions such as color and appearance, light and display, surface inspection, hyperspectral imaging, gas monitoring, and paint quality.

### New Company Management
CEO Yuto Saitoh previously handled finance, human resources, and strategic planning during his tenure at Radiant Vision Systems. At Konica Minolta, he has experience in Business Planning and Growth Strategies.
