Regal Rexnord Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Aamir Paul as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective no later than July 1, 2026. Paul will assume the role after completing his current commitments with his present employer, Schneider Electric SE.
### Board of Directors and Leadership Change
The Board of Directors stated that Paul will also serve as a member of the company's Board upon assuming his role, with his term extending until the 2027 annual general meeting. As previously announced on October 29, 2025, a search process for a new leader to succeed current CEO Louis Pinkham had been initiated. Pinkham will continue to serve as CEO until Paul begins his tenure and will step down from the Board after the transition.
### Aamir Paul’s Career Background
Paul, 48, is a recognized leader with deep experience in global sales, strategy, and operations management. He has lived and worked across Europe and the Americas. Paul currently serves as President of North America for Schneider Electric, where since 2022, he has grown the region's business unit with double-digit growth rates, leading it to achieve over $17 billion in revenue by 2025. During the same period, the company operated with over 43,000 employees and more than 35 manufacturing facilities.
Paul joined Schneider Electric in 2013, serving in various sales and business operations roles with increasing responsibilities. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Dell Technologies in various sales positions, ultimately rising to Senior Vice President responsible for global server sales.

### Aamir Paul’s Education and Other Roles
Paul holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University and has completed advanced executive education programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and INSEAD. He also serves on the private sector board of USG Corporation and plays an active role in the governance of various industry and civic organizations such as the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), the National Association of Electrical Distributors, and the Chicago Executives Club.
