Bosch Rexroth has introduced TS 7plus, a new fully electric and modular transfer system for transporting heavy loads. This system stands out as the world's first freely configurable heavy-duty transfer system capable of transporting workpieces weighing up to 3,000 kg on assembly lines.

    ### TS 7plus Modular Heavy-Duty Transfer System

Based on standard components, TS 7plus adapts the modular system concept previously used for small parts to heavy and large workpieces. The system supports 2,200 × 3,000 mm workpiece pallets and can integrate various functional modules such as lifting, rotating, and positioning.

    With this modular structure:
    • Engineering time is reduced, as project-specific custom designs are replaced by standard components.
    • Flexible configuration allows for quick adaptation to different assembly requirements.
    • Planning and integration processes are shortened.

    ### Mechanical and Maintenance Optimization

The rollers used in the system are 50% larger than previous models, reducing the number of moving parts per meter and increasing the system's uptime. The redesigned bearing blocks also simplify assembly and maintenance.

The system's drive mechanism is based on a bevel gear shaft system instead of a chain. This provides:
    • Reduced maintenance, as lubrication is not required.
    • Lower risk of contamination.
    • Stable torque transmission.

This design ensures reliability and a long service life.

    ### Energy-Efficient and Segmented Operation

TS 7plus optimizes energy consumption with its segmented operation feature, which activates only the required line sections. This means:
    • Motors operate only when necessary.
    • Mechanical wear is reduced.
    • Decoupled motor sizes can be used efficiently.

With 180 W and 250 W motor options, it also offers suitable interfaces for third-party motor integration.

    ### Ergonomics and High Conveying Performance

With a minimum conveying height of 350 mm, the system is designed for operator comfort and compatibility with automation. Motors are mounted internally to increase operational safety. With a maximum speed of 24 m/min, the system enables faster transport on fixed assembly lines compared to mobile vehicles.

    ### Digital Planning Support

Bosch Rexroth's MTpro planning software allows for system configuration without CAD, and quick ordering processes with integrated parts lists. Both local and web-based versions accelerate the design of complex transfer systems.

    ### Flexible and Scalable Solutions with TS 7plus

This system offers a modular, energy-efficient, and digitally supported solution for the increasing heavy workpiece transport needs in the automotive and e-mobility sectors. It expands Bosch Rexroth's transfer system portfolio, setting a new standard for heavy-duty applications.
