    Agile Robots aims to enter new growth markets such as consumer electronics, medical technology, and logistics by acquiring thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering's assets in Europe and North America. Following this acquisition, thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering will continue its operations under the name Krause Automation within Agile Robots.

    This merger combines Agile Robots' AI-based automation technology with Krause Automation's over 75 years of engineering and application experience.
