Agile Robots aims to enter new growth markets such as consumer electronics, medical technology, and logistics by acquiring thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering's assets in Europe and North America. This acquisition will also strengthen OEM partnerships.

With this transaction, thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering will continue its operations as Krause Automation within Agile Robots. Agile Robots' AI-powered automation technologies will merge with Krause Automation's more than 75 years of engineering and application experience.

The company will particularly focus on the development and implementation of physical AI. Physical AI combines robotics and artificial intelligence to offer solutions that not only execute pre-programmed commands but also perceive their environment, learn from real industrial data, and adapt in real-time.

Zhaopeng Chen, CEO and founder of Agile Robots, stated that this acquisition reflects their goals of utilizing the full potential of physical AI for global industries, adding, "As a result, complete production systems emerge where every component is intelligent, interconnected, and continuously learning."

    ### Importance of Agile Robots and Krause Automation Integration
    • Market expansion in Europe and North America
    • Focus on consumer electronics, medical technology, and logistics sectors
    • Over 75 years of engineering experience
    • Combination of robotics and artificial intelligence with physical AI
    • Real-time adaptation and learning capability

This step expands the application areas of artificial intelligence in industrial automation and robotics, while paving the way for the development of smarter and more flexible production systems.
