Agile Robots aims to expand into new growth markets, particularly consumer electronics, medical technology, and logistics, by acquiring thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering's assets in Europe and North America. With this strategic acquisition, thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering will continue its operations under the Agile Robots umbrella, rebranded as Krause Automation.

This merger combines Agile Robots' AI-powered automation technology with Krause Automation's over 75 years of engineering and application experience. The acquisition focuses on the development and application of physical AI, which bridges the gap between AI and robotics, enabling systems not just to execute pre-programmed commands but also to perceive their environment and adapt in real-time by learning from actual industrial data.

### Collaboration Between Agile Robots and Krause Automation
  • Krause Automation will operate as a subsidiary of Agile Robots.
  • AI-powered automation technologies are merging with long-standing engineering expertise.
  • The goal is to make every element in production systems intelligent, interconnected, and continuously learning.

Zhaopeng Chen, CEO and founder of Agile Robots, stated that this acquisition reflects the desire to unlock the full potential of physical AI in global industries. Chen said, "The result: complete production systems where every component is intelligent, connected, and continuously learning.
