\n\nSiemens, in collaboration with DrinkPAK, implemented integrated automation and energy infrastructure solutions at their high-capacity beverage filling plant in Fort Worth, Texas. This partnership is designed to deliver improvements in production efficiency, reliability, and energy usage.\n\n### Integrated Automation for High Production Efficiency\nDrinkPAK operates large-scale contract manufacturing facilities with a filling capacity of 3,000 cans per minute. With increasing demand, tightly integrated automation systems are required to ensure the same quality and uninterrupted production continuity across different facilities.\n\nThe Fort Worth plant supports batch production, filling, testing, and distribution processes using Siemens' automation and energy technologies. This structure enables DrinkPAK to execute standard operations across its facilities in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania (planned).\n\n### Recipe-Based Process Control\nThe Siemens BRAUMAT process control system for the brewing and beverage industry forms the core of the implementation. The system automates recipe-based production workflows, ensuring high quality and effective process management.\n\nBRAUMAT integrates PLCs and HMIs, offering real-time monitoring, reporting, and control capabilities. Operators can dynamically manage production parameters and scale from small to large production volumes.\n\n### Energy Infrastructure and Smart Monitoring\nSiemens installed electrical distribution panels and measurement systems, enabling real-time monitoring of energy consumption. This allows for tracking and optimization of energy usage.\n\nEnergy management adjusts power distribution according to operational needs to increase energy efficiency in facilities operating with continuously high production.\n\n### Automated Internal Logistics and AGV Integration\nDrinkPAK manages pallet movements and warehouse logistics with automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems supplied by E80 Group. Siemens PLCs provide control and communication for these systems, enabling coordination between vehicles, sensors, and safety systems.\n\nHMIs offer operators system status and diagnostic information, supporting rapid problem resolution and predictive maintenance strategies. This integration ensures a seamless connection between production lines and warehouse operations.\n\n### Scalable Architecture for Multi-Site Operations\nThe standardization of Siemens hardware and software ensures compatibility across production, logistics, and energy systems. This provides ease of maintenance and a growth-ready structure.\n\nThe combination of automation, infrastructure, and financial solutions offers phased expansion parallel to investment and system reliability advantages.\n\n### Results of Siemens and DrinkPAK Collaboration\n
