## Quicktron Robotics Debuts in the US with Integrated Warehouse Operations at MODEX 2026
Quicktron Robotics will make its US debut at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta, introducing its QuickMix platform, which combines integrated warehouse robots and software technologies.
Shanghai-based Quicktron Robotics, a global leader in warehouse robots and intralogistics automation solutions, will showcase its cutting-edge tote and pallet automation systems at MODEX 2026. Under the theme "QuickMix: One Platform, All Scenarios," the company will highlight the ability of its unified robotic and software systems to provide high-density, flexible, and scalable automation for modern warehouse and manufacturing operations.
### Quicktron QuickMix Solutions
At MODEX 2026, Quicktron will feature two main automation systems: QuickBin Ultra, a high-density tote storage and order fulfillment system designed for warehouse and manufacturing applications, and QuickCube pallet automation. These systems integrate with Quicktron's execution and robot control software to form the QuickMix hybrid automation architecture.
This platform offers a comprehensive and modular solution to industry challenges such as labor shortages, increasing order volumes, regionalization, and the impact of urbanization on warehouse operations. It is designed to enhance efficiency, optimize storage density, and support long-term operational scalability.
### A Single Platform for Multiple Needs
Today's warehouses often need to handle pallet storage, carton processing, and piece picking within the same area. In the US market, there is a trend towards integrated automation solutions that support multiple workflows, moving away from isolated automation systems.
The QuickMix platform enables the coordination of different robot types, such as tote handling robots, pallet carriers, and shelf handling robots, all under a single control system. Thanks to Quicktron's patented Robot Control System (RCS), operators can manage various workflows from a single interface, ensuring flexible and efficient operations even in large and complex environments.
### High-Density Storage and Flexible Material Handling
As distribution processes move closer to the customer, the demand for high-density storage and material handling increases. QuickMix offers a flexible mobile automation platform that adapts to different facilities and workflows. Safety and reliability are paramount in the system design; the systems hold international certifications such as UL, ETL, and CE.
### Global Success of Quicktron Systems
Quicktron systems are used in various sectors, including e-commerce, manufacturing, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and third-party logistics, and by leading companies such as FMCG giants, Murata Manufacturing, Mercado Libre, Coupang, and 7-Eleven. As of 2025, over 42,000 robots serve more than 1,000 customers worldwide.
### QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube Features
- QuickBin Ultra integrates an A5 type box picking robot with a capacity of 200 picks per hour and an M5E tote handling robot capable of speeds up to 4.5 m/s.
- This system offers a throughput capacity of 600 totes per hour at each workstation and provides high-density, multi-layer storage with a vertical lift speed of 3.0 m/s.
- Its modular design allows for easy capacity expansion and adaptation.
- QuickCube pallet automation features a compact C150 four-way shuttle with a speed of 2.0 m/s and an E200 narrow-profile lifting system.
- This system provides solutions for various applications, including multi-level flexible material handling and high-density pallet storage.
### CEO Yang Wei's Statements
Yang Wei, CEO of Quicktron Robotics, notes that with the rapid adoption of automation, companies are prioritizing mature, scalable, and proven automation platforms. "Global manufacturers and logistics operators are seeking consistent automation solutions across their multi-continental facilities. Standardized hardware platforms, a unified software architecture, and global support make Quicktron attractive in the US market," he states.
