The OpenPLC programming software runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, and Linux ARM systems. This free-to-download software supports five different programming languages compliant with IEC-61131 standards. Additionally, users can create their own data types, use standard function blocks, and simulate their developed programs.

In the PLC world, big names like Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi usually stand out; however, manufacturers like Mean Well also contribute to the diversification of the industry by offering cost-effective and flexible solutions. OpenPLC's open-source nature provides users with compatibility with different PLC models and cloud-based programming options.

This new PLC series, with its flexibility and open-source advantages, is among the solutions that users can prefer in automation projects.
