    ## Flexxbotics Releases Updated MQTT Connector Driver Enhancing Real-Time Industrial Data Flow

Flexxbotics has released an updated MQTT connector driver in its open-source GitHub project. This update enhances real-time industrial messaging capabilities, providing scalable, event-driven data pipelines and normalized interoperability across diverse factory environments.

The updated MQTT connector, available under the Apache 2.0 license, facilitates the transfer of machine telemetry data, process events, quality data, and operational metrics between factory equipment, edge systems, enterprise software, and cloud platforms.

    ### Normalized MQTT Messaging

This update standardizes topic structures, data payloads, security settings, and performance optimizations for consistent MQTT usage in industrial applications. By normalizing vendor-specific implementations, it enables even non-MQTT-enabled factory assets to connect and communicate, thereby avoiding costly custom integration solutions.

Tyler Bouchard, CEO and Co-Founder of Flexxbotics, stated, "Modern manufacturing relies on real-time, secure data flow between factory machines, automation systems, and AI resources." He added, "By open-sourcing a robust, normalized MQTT connector, we empower automation teams to build scalable factories without the need for proprietary software or fragmented data architectures."

    ### Expanding Real-Time Data Integration in Autonomous Manufacturing

The enhanced MQTT converter supports features such as high-throughput telemetry streaming, reliable event delivery, TLS-based secure communication, and bi-directional data exchange, making it suitable for closed-loop optimization and autonomous process control. It provides native integration with PLCs, robots, plant equipment, inspection systems, historians, MES platforms, and AI analytics pipelines.

Tyler Modelski, CTO and Co-Founder of Flexxbotics, commented, "MQTT is increasingly providing real-time data flow in modern factories, but many plant assets cannot support the necessary topic structures, data formats, and security methods." He continued, "This update transforms industrial MQTT into a production-ready connector driver that works consistently across vendors, sites, and systems, making real-time interoperability practical for autonomous manufacturing."

    ### Strengthening Interoperability in Future Industrial Automation

The Flexxbotics open-source project not only provides industrial-standard connector drivers (Transformers) for over 1,000 types of factory equipment and automation systems but also aims to accelerate manufacturing digitalization and offer integrated solutions for AI, compatible with inter-factory and vendor-specific protocols.
