    ## Intralogistics Automation Technologies Highlighted at LogiMAT 2026

At LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart, Germany, industry leaders KUKA, Leuze, and Dunkermotoren will introduce new robotic, sensor, and drive technologies in the field of intralogistics.

KUKA will showcase its innovative solutions at LogiMAT 2026, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), tracking sensor platforms, and smart drive systems with predictive maintenance capabilities. Throughout the exhibition, automation strategies that enhance efficiency and ensure interoperability of systems in modern logistics and warehouse environments will be demonstrated.

    ### KUKA Features
    • The new KMF 1500P-CB mobile forklift model has a carrying capacity of 1500 kg and a lifting height of up to 3 meters.
    • KMP 250P and KMP 600P mobile robots will be used for pallet handling operations.
    • The KR IONTEC robot can stack cartons onto pallets.
    • The integration and coordination of an AMR fleet with fixed robot systems will be demonstrated in a 75-square-meter interactive area.
    • The SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform brings together different systems under a single mobile fleet management center.
    • FPT Robotic will collaborate on the installation of automation systems.

    ### Leuze Sensor Technologies
    • Leuze offers the IdentCHAIN tracking and tracing system, enabling centralized control of sensor and identification systems via a single platform.
    • End-to-end encryption in data communication via the OPC UA protocol ensures a secure connection.
    • The AutoID Companion Specification allows for standardized and independent integration between sensors and RFID scanners from different brands.
    • The ScanGATE system stands out with its ability to quickly read 1D and 2D barcodes (0.5 m/s) and its integration capabilities with existing logistics IT systems.

    ### Dunkermotoren Drive Systems
    • Integrated drive systems utilizing digital twin technology will be introduced, providing sensor-free predictive maintenance.
    • Maintenance planning is carried out using internal operational data, thus providing decentralized intelligence without the need for sensors.
    • High-torque brushless motors and a compact chassis design enable AGV and AMR robots to carry up to 4 tons.
    • With software-based automation, the electronics within the drive system handle the processing load.

This year's LogiMAT will highlight significant advancements in intralogistics automation technologies and aims to increase the efficiency of operations in the logistics sector.
