Weintek has expanded its cMT X Web Panel product line with the cMT2058XH (W), a compact 4.3-inch panel designed for tight installation spaces that require modern web-based monitoring capabilities. The HMI solution is equipped with a built-in web browser, industrial-grade protection, and a quad-core processor to deliver seamless and fast visualization performance, suitable for smart manufacturing and IIoT environments.

cMT2058XH (W) HTML5 Web Panel​

In a compact form factor, only 32 mm thick and weighing 270 g, the new HMI solution fits comfortably into compact control panels and OEM machine enclosures, offering a professional and space-saving operator interface. The cMT2058XH (W) is equipped with a quad-core RISC processor with 4 GB Flash memory and 1 GB RAM, providing fast and responsive multitasking and rapid processing capabilities for HTML5 content.
For visibility in angled or narrow panel positions, the 4.3-inch 800 x 480 WVA display provides an 80° viewing angle in all directions.

Flexible Monitoring from Any Workstation​

The cMT2058XH (W) is equipped with native HTML5 compatibility, allowing users to access SCADA panels, data from machines, and custom web-based applications without the need for additional software installation. For setup, diagnostics, and parameter changes, the WebView interface of the new HMI solution can be accessed directly by entering the HMI's IP address into the browser.

One of the panel's key features is its Chrome browser update system, which ensures compatibility with modern web technologies and continuous support for long-term functionality through system updates. This flexible approach makes the unit suitable for distributed monitoring from any workstation where quick access to real-time data is crucial.

Dual Ethernet for IT/OT Integration​

The cMT2058XH (W) is equipped with two Ethernet ports: LAN1, which supports speeds up to 1000 Mbps, and LAN2, which offers speeds up to 100 Mbps. This setup allows users to isolate OT and IT networks, connect to multiple subnets, and connect additional devices without the need for external switches. Additionally, a USB 2.0 host port ensures compatibility with peripherals and data logging applications.

Designed for Demanding Industrial Environments​

The new panel features a four-wire resistive touch and is designed with a front panel that meets NEMA 4 and IP66 standards, providing protection against moisture, dust, and washdown conditions. The HMI is CE and UL certified and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50°C.
The panel also features coated PCBs for additional protection and enhanced durability. To reduce maintenance needs, the new HMI is equipped with a fanless system, built-in power isolation, and resistance to vibration, further enhancing long-term reliability in industrial environments.
