## Gefran's New TPLA Sensor Series for Precise Low-Pressure Measurement
Gefran has introduced the TPLA sensor family, designed to provide reliable and precise low-pressure measurement in industrial processes.
TPLA pressure transmitters utilize a silicon piezoresistive sensing element, ensuring high accuracy, precision, and stability in relative or absolute low-pressure measurements within industrial environments.
### TPLA Sensor Series Features
- Pressure measurement range: Models starting from 0.00 - 0.05 bar up to 0 - 60 bar
- Accuracy: 0.5% FS (Full Scale) or better
- Sensing element: Silicon piezoresistive diaphragm
- Output signals: 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC, 1-5 VDC, 0.5-4.5 VDC, and various combinations
- Mounting connections: G1/4 ISO, G1/2 DIN, R1/4 ISO, G1/4 DIN, and G1/2B options
- Electrical connections: M12 4-pin, 18 mm or 8 mm pin spacing rectangular connectors, or molded cable
- Measurement type: Absolute or relative pressure measurement possible
- Operating temperature range: Varies by model from -40 °C to 125 °C
- Vibration and shock resistance: 100 g shock for 6 ms and 20 g vibration up to 2000 Hz
- Delivery with optional calibration report possible
### Industrial Use and Durability
TPLA sensors are suitable for static pressure measurements in process pipelines and offer high measurement stability even under harsh temperature and vibration conditions. Thanks to their resistance to mechanical shock and vibration, these sensors significantly contribute to improving process quality in industrial automation and control systems.
Gefran's TPLA sensor series, thanks to piezoresistive technology, detects changes in electrical resistance linearly and stably, converting them into an analog signal. This feature provides superior performance in applications requiring high precision and long-term stability.
