Mobotix AG has introduced the S ONE DUAL, a new modular dual-sensor camera designed for industrial automation, transportation, access control, and high-security environments. This camera offers two 4K UHD sensor modules, integrated AI-based video analytics, IP66/NEMA-4X protection, and a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +65 °C.

### Modular Dual Sensor Architecture and Discreet Installation

The S ONE DUAL, a continuation of MOBOTIX's S16 platform, features an innovative structure that separates camera processing from the image sensors. Two 4K UHD sensor modules are connected to the core processing unit via cables several meters long, allowing for almost invisible mounting. This enables discreet and protected camera installation in areas such as vehicles, industrial machinery, barrier systems, and production lines.

### Industrial Durability and Outdoor Use

The camera body is IP66 and NEMA-4X certified, making it resistant to dust, heavy rain, and corrosive environments. It can operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +65 °C. The sensor modules provide IK10 vandal protection, and durability is further enhanced by MOBOTIX's reinforced lens protection.

### Integrated AI Video Analytics

A standout feature of the S ONE DUAL is the ActivitySensor ONE application, which runs entirely on the camera. This AI-based video analytics system detects motion, people, vehicles, direction, and loitering without the need for external servers or the cloud. It includes intelligent filtering technology that reduces false alarms caused by rain, light changes, shadows, animals, and moving plants.

### High-Quality 4K Imaging and Wide Dynamic Range

Each 1/1.8" sensor module offers 4K UHD resolution and a 120 dB wide dynamic range (WDR). This ensures clear image capture in high-contrast scenes. The automatic day/night mode provides excellent performance in varying light conditions. It also includes an integrated microphone, ambient light sensor, and RGB status LED.
