    Hirebotics, a company providing collaborative robot solutions for the metalworking industry, appointed co-founder Matthew Bush as CEO, effective February 20. Bush succeeded Rob Goldiez, who led the company for over 10 years.

    Since co-founding Hirebotics with Goldiez in 2015, Bush has overseen the company's electro-mechanical product development, manufacturing operations, and customer success processes. Hirebotics' Beacon platform-powered welding and cutting systems are used in numerous manufacturing workshops worldwide.

    After the company's establishment, Goldiez achieved significant innovations, securing early-stage investments in 2017, launching the Beacon-powered Cobot Welder in 2021, and receiving the Global OEM of the Year award multiple times from Universal Robots.
