BEDFORD, Mass., February 17, 2026 — Emerson, a global automation leader, announced that its AspenTech Digital Grid Management solutions are being used by Enagás, S.A. to monitor, operate, and optimize Spain's gas transmission network. Enagás, the country's national gas grid operator, relies on Emerson's software for the continuity, safety, and security of its natural gas supply.

Emerson supports network operations with various gases such as biomethane and hydrogen through digital innovation, while managing over 11,000 kilometers of gas pipelines. Enagás's advanced energy infrastructure enables it to achieve ambitious business goals, protect pipeline operations, and ensure optimal energy distribution for Spain.

Enagás uses AspenTech OSI Monarch SCADA and AspenTech OSI Continua Pipeline Management solutions for the supervision of its gas transmission network.
