    ## Binder's New M8 Flange Connectors Stand Out with Solder Connection Design

Binder has expanded its connector catalog by introducing M8 flange connectors with solder connection capability. These new products offer flexible configuration possibilities even in limited spaces within robotics and automation systems.

In automated equipment, sometimes special cable lengths may be required, or cables may need to pass through panels. In such cases, robust and reliable connectors should be preferred.

Binder offers a wide range of miniature connectors, medical application connectors, and power and data transmission connectors. Most recently, it has expanded its M8 flange series with solder connection versions in various configurations.

    ### Binder M8 Flange Connectors Features
    • Robust and compact design, suitable for demanding and space-constrained applications
    • IP65, IP67, and IP69K protection class options
    • Compliant with IEC 61076-2-104 electrical standard
    • Three and four-pin configurations
    • Front or rear mounting option
    • Male and female pin alternatives
    • Operating temperature range: -40°C to 85°C
    • 22 AWG copper cable support

These connectors offer ideal solutions for digital signal transmission from end effectors to control systems in robotic applications.

A compact flange connector is particularly useful for panel connections in confined spaces. While screw connections are often bulky and can loosen under vibration, a solder connection is both robust and provides better electrical resistance.

Sensors, actuators, and valves are typically used with three or four pins. The most common configuration consists of a fixed 24 VDC and 0 V, along with one or two signal lines.

Binder's new M8 flange connectors, with their various pin counts and mounting direction options, offer a robust choice for securely connecting your field devices to your control system.
