## Rockwell Automation and DLG Group Aim to Reduce Downtime by 10% with Digital Maintenance Management

Danish agricultural giant DLG Group has begun using Rockwell Automation’s Fiix CMMS software to improve its maintenance processes and reduce operational downtime.

Thanks to the Fiix computerized maintenance management system, DLG Group is increasing maintenance efficiency, optimizing inventory management, and developing best practices. With the digitalization of the maintenance process, significant improvements in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) have been observed in a short period. The company aims for a 10% reduction in downtime in the coming year.

### Innovation and Efficiency in Maintenance with Fiix CMMS

Katarina Hart, Nordic Regional Sales Director at Rockwell Automation, stated that DLG Group will achieve significant improvements in efficiency with the new system, and the investment will more than pay for itself. The system not only increases the efficiency of maintenance teams but also enables the development of new best practices in maintenance processes.

DLG Group is collecting common problems, solutions, and data-driven improvements experienced across numerous locations, teams, and systems. Knowledge is no longer isolated in different facilities; critical solutions and best practices are quickly shared across the company.

Alex Rasksen, DLG Continuous Improvement Engineer, stated that factory managers being able to manage and optimize maintenance queues in real-time provides great benefits. This shortens problem-solving time and strengthens collaboration with other functions, such as production planners. In the long term, the company plans to transition to a fully data-driven, predictive maintenance system.
