    ## RAMPF at PTXPO 2026: The Future of Automated Gasketing Technology

In industrial production, the era of manual gasket application is giving way to automated, high-speed liquid resin applications. At PTXPO 2026, the RAMPF Group will showcase its solutions that put an end to manual sealing methods with its Formed-in-Place Gasket (FIPG) technology.

In sectors such as automotive and medical technology, where a single gasket error can lead to a recall, automated and precise applications have become essential to ensure quality in mass production. RAMPF's exhibited RAKU® PUR (polyurethane) and RAKU® SIL (silicone) systems eliminate the complexities associated with pre-cut gaskets and the need for adhesives.

These two-component systems are sprayed onto the part in liquid form, expand, and adhere directly, providing a flawless, durable seal through chemical bonding. The polyurethane system is ideal for high-volume consumer products, while the silicone system is designed to withstand high temperatures and medical sterilization cycles.

    ### Features of RAMPF RAKU® PUR and RAKU® SIL Systems
    • Two-component liquid application
    • Gasket chemically bonded directly to the part
    • Polyurethane: Excellent elasticity and recovery
    • Silicone: High temperature and sterilization resistance

However, the effectiveness of this material depends on the precision of the application machine. RAMPF offers integrated systems with low-maintenance automatic mixing and dispensing machines. Dynamic mixing ensures the same structural integrity and chemical reactivity in every cubic millimeter of the gasket line.

With sensors and image recognition technology, the system instantly reacts to minor changes in part position, enabling high-precision and repeatable gasket application even on the most complex components.

    ### RAMPF's Production Services
For manufacturers not ready to set up their own robotic systems, RAMPF offers contract manufacturing services from prototyping to series production at its dedicated facilities in Michigan and Georgia. The "Gasketing-as-a-Service" model provides flexible production capabilities without requiring investment in sealing technology that meets medical and automotive standards.

This approach offers the advantage of scalability as production demands change and eliminates upfront capital investment.

RAMPF's innovative solutions enhance quality in production processes while minimizing the risks associated with manual applications.
