    ## Print Workflow Automation Enhanced with PitStop 26.03 Update

Enfocus has released version 26.03 of its PitStop software, designed for print and prepress professionals. The new version aims to increase efficiency in print workflows with interface enhancements, automation tools, and expanded integration features that improve the user experience.

    ### Increasing Need for Efficiency in Print Workflows
As today's print production workflows become complex and time-sensitive, there is a growing need for tools that reduce manual interventions and ensure high accuracy in PDF validation and file preparation. Software solutions address this need by combining automation, AI support, and ease of use to accelerate repetitive tasks.

    ### "My PitStop" Interface Panel
One of the prominent new features in the update is the "My PitStop" panel. This panel improves the user experience by providing access to documentation, resources, and support tools through a single interface. Additionally, the Botus AI chatbot has been integrated to guide users within the workflow environment and quickly resolve issues.

    ### Productivity-Enhancing Features
    • Customizable columns such as author, description, and last modified date have been added to PitStop File Manager.
    • New automation steps:
    - "Distribute along Path" which allows objects to be aligned along irregular shapes.
    - "Scale to Fill" which automatically rescales content to specific page sizes.

These tools reduce manual adjustments, thereby increasing editing efficiency.

    ### Developments in Griffin and Phoenix Solutions
Enfocus's Griffin and Phoenix products have also been updated to strengthen workflow integration:
    • Griffin offers API enhancements for editing and improvements in mark and preset management.
    • Phoenix gained PDF+ and grid support, advanced imposition features, and expanded REST API capabilities.

Additionally, the Phoenix Cloud prototype was introduced, which will enable integration with SaaS platforms and third-party systems in the future.

    ### Operational Advantages
These updates enable the automation of repetitive tasks and make the workflow more visible and controllable. This speeds up print processes, reduces the risk of errors, and increases flexibility.

    ### Conclusion
PitStop 26.03 and the Griffin and Phoenix updates take automation and user-friendly experience in print production a step further. They offer significant support for creating more efficient, flexible, and integrated workflows in modern print environments.
