    ## Manufacturing and Automation Exchange (MAX) Debuts in Nashville This March

The Manufacturing & Automation eXchange (MAX), taking place March 24-26 at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, brings together manufacturing, automation, and quality professionals from the southern US region.

Previously held as The ASSEMBLY Show South and The Quality Show, the event combines the strengths of these programs while expanding to cover all areas of manufacturing. It brings together different manufacturing disciplines under one roof, such as system integration, material handling, automation, quality, industrial safety, adhesives, coatings, and packaging.

    ### About the MAX Event

Reflecting the collaborative and multidisciplinary nature of real-world operations, MAX aims to provide industry leaders with practical solutions, foster strong connections, and develop strategies that can be implemented immediately. The early bird registration campaign ends on March 7th, allowing attendees to purchase the MAX eXperience Pass with a $50 discount before this date.

The event kicks off on March 24th with six half-day workshops on topics such as manufacturing safety, advanced measurement tools, the use of artificial intelligence, sustainable engineering, mixed-model line design, and automation. On March 25-26, comprehensive educational sessions continue with topics including responsible packaging laws, the thought factory, automation in assembly, manufacturing restructuring, and coating technologies in smart manufacturing.

One of the prominent panels, the Future-Ready Workforce event, will bring together leaders from organizations such as Women in Manufacturing, Mavens of Manufacturing, Automation Ladies, and the US Smart Factory Institute to discuss strategies for attracting, training, and retaining talent in the age of automation and digital transformation.

The opening keynote on March 25th will be delivered by Jaemin Kim, drawing on his leadership experience at LG Electronics' Tennessee Lighthouse Factory. Valuable insights will be shared on smart factory innovation, AI-powered manufacturing, and global manufacturing strategies.
