## Leadership Changes at Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc.
Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. has announced the retirement of its president, Scott Summerville, who has many years of experience, and the appointment of Milton Coleman as Senior Vice President of the newly established Industrial Automation Division.
Scott Summerville, with a 46-year career in automation and industrial technology at the company, will retire from his position and the board of directors effective March 31, 2026. Summerville thanked his team for the achievements made during his tenure and expressed his confidence in the bright future of the automation division.
As part of the recently announced restructuring, Milton Coleman has been appointed General Manager and Senior Vice President of the newly formed Industrial Automation Division within Mitsubishi Electric US. Coleman will lead Mitsubishi Electric Automation until the integration process is complete, and then he will oversee the strategy, operations, and growth management of the new divisions.

With three decades of experience in the automation industry, Coleman has an extensive background in sales leadership, product management, and market strategy. Before joining Mitsubishi Electric Automation, he held various management positions at Bosch Rexroth. He joined Mitsubishi Electric in 2020 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2021.
Coleman graduated from Duke University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
