    ## KUKA Showcased Integrated Mobile Robotic Systems Working Together at LogiMAT

At LogiMAT 2026, KUKA presented a large-scale automation exhibition demonstrating the seamless integration of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robots, and fleet management software.

    ### Integrated Mobile and Industrial Robotic Solutions

At LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart, the 600 m² "Interoperability Arena" showcased coordinated workflows of mobile robots, 6-axis industrial robots, and fleet management software in a real-world environment, presented by KUKA and its partners SYNAOS, WIFERION, and FPT Robotics.

In KUKA's 75 m² section, the KR IONTEC 6-axis robot performed palletizing tasks with cardboard boxes transported on KMP 250P and KMP 600P autonomous platforms. The system, set up by FPT Robotics, demonstrated synchronized operation between fixed and mobile robots.

This setup combines flexible mobile transport with high-precision industrial manipulation, supporting modular material flow concepts adaptable to changing production layouts.

    ### Mixed Fleet Management and Real-Time Control

At the center of the arena, real-time collaborative scenarios of multi-vendor systems were demonstrated via the SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform. This independent software eliminates vendor dependency by integrating AMRs, charging systems, and fleet control.

WIFERION's wireless charging solutions provide automatic energy management for continuous operations.

    ### Product Launch: KMF 1500P-CB Mobile Forklift

At LogiMAT, KUKA introduced its AMR-based KMF 1500P-CB mobile forklift. Designed for automated pallet transport, its features include:
    • Maximum lift height: 3 meters
    • Maximum load capacity: 1500 kg
    • Control: KUKA.AMR OS
    • Fleet coordination: KUKA.AMR Fleet

The internationally certified system is suitable for integration into existing logistics infrastructures and expands KUKA's AMR portfolio in the field of automated vertical material handling.

    ### Digital Planning and Group Participation

At stand B61, KUKA showcased its fleet management and monitoring solutions with KUKA.AMR Fleet software. Additionally, KUKA Group companies such as Swisslog and Visual Components participated in the fair with integrated automation, warehouse software, and 3D simulation tools.

KUKA demonstrated integrated automation systems that enhance flexibility and efficiency in logistics operations through a combination of robotics, orchestration software, and simulation.
