## Kai Bisgwa Appointed to VDMA Robotics Board
Kai Bisgwa, Head of DACH at KUKA Deutschland GmbH, has been appointed as a new board member of the VDMA Robotics section.
### New Addition to the VDMA Robotics Board
Frankfurt, February 12, 2026 – Kai Bisgwa, Head of DACH at KUKA Germany, has been elected to the Board of the VDMA Robotics Group. With this appointment, Bisgwa succeeds Erich Schober, who resigned from the VDMA Robotics Board.
Kai Bisgwa stated, "Robotics is of critical importance for the competitiveness of the German and European economy. I am therefore pleased to be appointed and look forward to contributing within the Robotics Group and playing an active role in shaping the future of robotic technology. Continuous exchange with other companies and policymakers is very important to me."

The VDMA represents 3500 mechanical and plant engineering companies in Germany and Europe. The sector is characterized by innovation, an export focus, and an SME structure.
