    ## Jai Raj Launches ATOOT Fe 550 D Grade TMT Bars

    Jai Raj Ispat Limited, one of South India's leading steel producers, has introduced ATOOT Fe 550 D grade TMT bars, designed for next-generation high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects. This product not only enhances the durability of structures but also provides a significant advancement in earthquake safety.

    Jai Raj Ispat Ltd. stands out as Andhra Pradesh's secondary major steel producer and one of the few factories to adopt advanced steel production methods. The facility in Kurnool has an annual capacity of 0.50 million tons, and management aims to double this capacity by 2026-27.

    The factory employs a world-class production process using pure iron ore and coke as raw materials. This process includes blast furnace - energy optimized furnace (EOF) - Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) - continuous casting technologies. Additionally, the facility is equipped with advanced Continuous Casting and Rolling (ECR) systems.
