    ### High-Efficiency Power Supplies for Industrial DIN Rail Systems
TDK-Lambda expands its DRB series with 480W and 960W models, offering a 50% power boost and narrow form factors for complex automation environments. These new series play a critical role in providing essential power, especially in high-density industrial applications.

    ### Features of Three-Phase AC-DC Power Supplies
The new DRB series power supplies provide stable power for factory automation, process control, and communication infrastructures with continuous output power of 480W and 960W. The 480W models can withstand high inrush currents with a 50% power boost up to 720W for 7 seconds; the 960W models up to 1440W. These features help prevent systems from shutting down under overload conditions.

    ### Power Management and Load Resistance
The units are designed with very low inrush current at startup, which prevents unnecessary tripping of input circuit breakers in systems where multiple power supplies are integrated. This increases reliability in automotive data ecosystems or industrial racks.

    ### Technical Specifications
    • Casing: Durable metal enclosure
    • Width: 65mm for 480W models, 100mm for 960W models
    • Efficiency: Up to 96.3%
    • Capacitor life: Typically 10 years at 40°C ambient
    • Input voltage range: 350 - 575 Vac
    • Adjustable output voltages:
    - 24V models: 22.5 - 29V
    - 48V models: 45 - 56V
    - 72V models: 70 - 85V
    • DC OK relay contact output and remote inhibit function
    • Standby power consumption: Less than 2.3W

    ### Environmental Durability and Standards
The series is designed for convection cooling within an operating range of -25°C to +70°C; power is derated above 55°C. Compliant with international safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards:
    • Safety: IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1, 61010-1 and 61010-2-201
    • Emissions: EN 55011-B, CISPR11-B
    • Immunity: IEC/EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-3-2 (Class A)
Additionally, the power supplies are CE and UKCA marked, guaranteeing compliance with low voltage, EMC, and RoHS directives. Conformal coated models are available for harsh environments such as dust and corrosion.

These new DRB series power supplies offer durability and high efficiency in modern industrial automation processes, enhancing system reliability.
