## Flexible PVC Control Cables for Industrial Automation and Power Distribution
LÜTZE has added shielded and unshielded PVC control cables suitable for various voltage requirements to its portfolio in the digital global supply chain.
These new flexible PVC control cables offer a standard solution for power and signal transmission from 300/500 V to 0.6/1 kV. They are designed for applications in plant engineering, assembly lines, and automated production processes where flexible routing and electromagnetic compatibility are paramount.
### Technical Specifications and Conductor Structure
- Provides high flexibility due to Class 5 fine copper wire conductor structure.
- Reduces fatigue-related failures in moving applications during installation and operation.
- Color-coded and numbered conductor options are available.
- Voltage classes: 300/500 V, 450/750 V, and 0.6/1 kV, allowing for selection of cross-section and insulation thickness based on machine load.
### Environmental Resistance and Shielding
- PVC sheaths are available in gray (RAL 7001), black (RAL 9005), and transparent.
- Black sheaths are specially formulated for UV resistance, preventing material degradation in outdoor applications.
- Shielded versions are available to prevent signal distortion in high electromagnetic interference (EMI) environments.
### Industrial Application and Standardization
LÜTZE designs its cables to be compatible with standard cable glands and connectors, meeting the requirement for matching components in complex industrial assemblies. By providing both shielded and unshielded versions from a single source, a cost-effective solution is offered for industrial applications. The PVC insulation and sheath material are suitable for classic industrial projects where oil resistance or extreme temperature resistance are not primary priorities.
