Elisa Industriq has introduced the new Cornerstone 8.2 version, offering significant features that strengthen quality engineering and production decision-making processes.

The new version particularly stands out with its Measurement System Analysis (MSA) functions. Now, Type 1 gauge studies, gauge bias and linearity analyses, attribute measurement studies, and gauge repeatability and reproducibility analyses can be systematically performed. This allows for a comprehensive evaluation of measurement system capabilities.

• Logistic Regression has been added, enabling users to analyze binary quality outcomes such as pass/fail and defect occurrence.
• Hypothesis tests have been expanded, allowing for statistical comparisons such as standard deviation, mean ratio, proportion, and goodness-of-fit tests.
• Data preparation processes have become more flexible, offering inner join, left and right outer join, and full outer join options.
• A variable editor has been developed for derived datasets and summary statistics, making it easy to organize variable selection and subsets.
• Probability plots now also support lognormal and Weibull distributions, covering capability, reliability, and lifetime analyses.
• A new calculated column function allows for the generation of linearly spaced values, used in engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses.
