## ASRock Industrial Introduces AiSMA for Secure Edge Management
ASRock Industrial has developed AiSMA (ASRock Industrial System Management Architecture), a Redfish®-based system management framework that provides secure, standardized, and scalable remote management for industrial edge infrastructures.
### Standardized and Secure Management with AiSMA
As the transition to software-defined and connected systems accelerates in industrial operations, central and secure lifecycle management of distributed system nodes has become critical. AiSMA integrates hardware, software, BIOS, and operating system management into a secure API-based architecture, ensuring long-term management and cross-platform compatibility.
### Redfish®-Based Management
AiSMA is built on the DMTF Redfish® standard, offering vendor-independent and secure system control. This structure enables consistent management of heterogeneous edge devices in automation and AIoT applications and facilitates integration with existing IT and OT management systems.
### Out-of-Band Remote Control with AiOOB Module
AiSMA supports operating system-independent remote management through its AiOOB module. This provides advantages such as:

### Comprehensive Lifecycle Control and Instant Visibility
AiSMA covers all lifecycle processes, including hardware and software management, BIOS updates, network settings, and time synchronization. It also monitors CPU, memory, storage, BIOS, network interfaces, and power/thermal status in real-time, enabling predictive maintenance and high availability. Event tracking, Redfish® event subscriptions, and BIOS update management are simplified.
### Industrial-Grade Security and Compliance
AiSMA is developed in compliance with IEC 62443-4-2 cybersecurity standards. It enhances system security in manufacturing, automation, and critical mission applications.
