## ABB Introduces EmissionVision Platform for Advanced Gas Leak Detection

ABB has launched its new EmissionVision workflow management platform, developed to enable faster repair of methane gas leaks in the natural gas sector. This platform is built on ABB's patented OA-ICOS laser absorption technology and facilitates the transition from traditional gas leak detection methods to advanced ones.

EmissionVision integrates emission indicators, field surveys, and data analysis into a single platform, allowing companies to effectively manage emission data, assign field tasks, and ensure full data traceability. Due to stricter environmental regulations and the need for faster, more accurate detection, the natural gas sector is moving away from manual leak detection methods.

With the widespread adoption of ABB's successful mobile leak detection solutions, such as the MobileGuard and MicroGuard systems, challenges arose in workflow management, data integration, and task distribution.
